Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, pet items must be unused, unwashed, and stored in their original protective packaging with all parts and tags intact.

If an incorrect item or size was chosen by the customer, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days following warehouse inspection.
